nanoframe.org is flexible with all scaffolds, and an scaffolds can be easily cutomized to arbitrary length, even if such scaffold are hard to come by in nature.

If the provided scaffold leaves too long of a loopout or is not sufficienlty long for the shape with desired dimensions, a warning will be displayed on the page.
